PressureGuard Features

  • Non-pressurized axle avoids wheel end failures due to contamination or blown wheel seals. 
  • Zero pressure axle vents are remotely located above the axle to prevent moisture and contaminates from entering the wheel end.

 

 
  • Patented long-life rotary union is completely enclosed by the aluminum hub cap.
  • Air channels are cast directly into the hub cap reducing the number of moving components and protecting air delivery to the tires.
 

  • Ribs on the hub cap protect fittings and hoses from damage.
  • Flange at the base of the hub cap pilots the hub cap into the wheel hub and reduces oil leaks.
  • Clear viewing lens provides easy and accurate checking of the lubricant level.
  • Industry standard filling plug allows the quick addition of wheel lubricant.

 
  • Factory preset regulator to customer specification ensures worry-free, accurate tire pressurization.

  • Heavy-duty hoses are constructed from stainless steel braiding better resist corrosion and damage from road debris.  
  • Check valves in each hose end prevent tires from losing air due to a disconnected or damaged hose. 


  • Trailer mounted warning light notifies the driver in the event of an air leak.
